Marnie Eden

Marnie Eden | The Agency

Marnie Eden guides buyers, sellers, and relocating clients to the right home in New York City — and anywhere else in the world they want to be.

With deep expertise in the Manhattan and Brooklyn real estate markets and a global referral network spanning 160+ markets, Marnie works across co-ops, condos, townhouses, and new development. Whether buying in New York City for the first time or making a considered next move, her clients share one thing in common: they want someone who knows this market deeply and will give their search the attention it deserves.

She brings calm, clarity, and genuine expertise to every transaction — asking the right questions, understanding the full picture, and building relationships that extend well beyond the closing.

Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, Marnie spent time in Los Angeles before making New York her home in 2018. That journey — across cities, cultures, and markets — shapes how she approaches every client relationship. She understands what it means to put down roots somewhere new.

Outside of work, she's most often found at a good restaurant, in someone's kitchen, or somewhere in the world she hasn't been yet.

Marnie was available no matter when we needed her, she advocated for us, and made the whole process easy. Which we all know, apartment shopping in New York City (in a global health pandemic, no less) is never easy. Thank you!

Marnie has been such a pleasure to work with! She's honest, detailed, informative, always takes our wants and needs into account, and always looks out for our best interests. She would constantly keep us updated and was always readily available to answer our questions or walk us through lengthy applications. I've already recommended her to a few friends who may be looking for apartments in the foreseeable future. We look forward to working with her again!

Our experience with Marnie was tremendous. Very well prepared, listened to our needs, answered every question, and most importantly, delivered on her promise. I would not only use her again in the future, but I would recommend her to everybody and anybody who needs a NYC apartment.

10 is the highest, right? I had such a good experience with Marnie. She put up with so many snags I hit in the moving process and was always patient, friendly, accessible, and helpful. Would highly recommend her to anyone, best moving experience I've had yet.

Marnie is absolutely stellar in her client services, negotiation skills, and relentless efforts to represent our best interests in everything we needed during the home purchase process. As first-time homebuyers, we would have had a much more difficult time navigating all this without Marnie's expertise and knowledge. We've grown to really trust Marnie in the process thoroughly, and would wholeheartedly recommend any friends looking to purchase a home in the NY area to her!

Marnie was super responsive from the first inquiry and amazingly resourceful throughout the process. She listened to us carefully, showed us a range of properties to consider, kept us up to date on new listings, and communicated with other agents proactively to ensure a smooth sale, co-op board review, and closing. We never felt hurried by Marnie, but she made the most of every appointment, meeting, and phone call. She is sensible, clear thinking, very knowledgeable, charming, but not chatty. This is the best real estate agent we have worked with in the several states where we have bought and sold real estate. Strongly recommend!

I reached out to The Agency about a property early one Sunday morning, and Marnie replied instantly. She is incredibly hard-working and amazingly organized; she keeps track of not only her own deadlines, but mine as well! I trust her implicitly, and she has become not just my go-to but my family's, as well. There is no one else I turn to when I need assistance, or even just advice, with real estate, and she always goes above and beyond in helping me. Plus, she's really funny, smart, and great to be around. 10/10.

Marnie patiently held our hand through an over-a-year-long search, helping us understand our actual drivers and dealbreakers along the way. She also expertly advised us in difficult decisions like deciding to pull out of a co-op application with an unwelcoming board. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
